1. Who we are

AdsCreativeFactory ("ACF") is a creative production service operated by CSM Studio, registered office at the address below.

2. Services

ACF produces short-form video advertisements based on the information you provide in the creative brief. Deliverables and volumes are specified by your selected package (Creative Test, Performance, Scale or Custom).

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the website. Payment is processed by third-party providers (PayPal, Whop) and is required to start production. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Your creative brief and assets

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information, assets and references you submit. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any images, videos, logos, product photos, trademarks, likenesses, music or other material you upload, and that using them in advertising does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant ACF a limited license to use those assets solely to produce the creatives you ordered.

5. Delivery timing

Our standard delivery target is within 24 hours from the point at which we have a complete brief and all required assets. Complex requests, unusually large orders, additional revisions, or requests requiring specialized production may require additional time. Delivery timing is confirmed during the order process.

6. Revisions

Every standard package includes one round of revisions. Revisions are reasonable adjustments to a delivered creative (edits to text, pacing, captions, CTA, minor scene tweaks). Requests for a materially different concept are treated as a new production request.

7. Ownership and usage rights

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the delivered creatives for advertising and marketing purposes on paid social platforms and your owned channels. ACF retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Performance disclaimer

Advertising performance depends on many factors beyond the creative itself (product, offer, audience, bidding, platform, seasonality). ACF does not guarantee any specific advertising outcome (ROAS, CPA, CTR, revenue or sales volume).

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use ACF to produce creatives that promote illegal activity, deceptive medical claims, hate content, adult content, weapons, or content that violates the advertising policies of the platforms on which the creatives will run. ACF reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that violate this section.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACF's aggregate liability arising from or related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. ACF is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
